The Farm to School Culinary Experience was a training held at the end of the 2021-2022 school year. Nearly 200 food service staff members from across 15 school districts in Broome-Tioga BOCES had the chance to partake in this valuable professional development. Trainees had the opportunity to learn knife skills, cooking techniques, and test recipes for next school year using fresh NY produce.
