The Food Bank of the Southern Tier seeks a full-time, Hunger Education Coordinator to oversee the Food Bank’s hunger education and youth leadership program. Duties include hunger education curriculum development, scheduling, and facilitating hunger education lessons. The Hunger Education Coordinator will also build and maintain relationships with community organizations, school districts, and youth programs throughout the Southern Tier.

An Associates Degree is required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Development, or related field is strongly preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years related work experience in education, service learning, volunteer management, or youth services is required. Familiarity with hunger and social justice concepts as they relate to youth-focused learning is preferred.
