Getthere, a mobility management program of the Rural Health Network of SCNY, serves Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, and Tioga Counties. The call center provides FREE trip planning, transportation education, and referral services to people throughout the region and beyond.

How it works

  1. Call (855) 373-4040 Monday -Friday 7am-7pm; If calling on evenings or weekends, please leave a message.
  2. Tell the Mobility and Transportation Advocate (MTA) that you are a Produce Prescription Participant
  3. The MTA will assist you in reaching the closest PRx retail site using local community transportation options.

Fixed Bus Route: visit www.rideBCtransit.com to plan a trip direct from your location.

BC Country: BC Country is a public transportation service for rural Broome County residents. To use BC Country, you must first register by calling 607-763-4464.

BC Lift: BC Lift is an alternative paratransit bus service for those who cannot use BC Transit’s fixed-route buses due to conditions related to their disability.

OFA Mini-Bus: If you are age 60 or over, you may qualify for the OFA Mini-Bus. Call 607-778-2411 for more info.
